Background: Urinary incontinence affect women at any age in which deteriorate their quality of life. Pelvic training to control bladder function regular time intervals has been demonstrated be an effective method for treating incontinence. Aim: the study aimed evaluate effect intervention program complaining from UI. Study design: A quasi-experimental design was used this study. Setting: The conducted five outpatient clinics Aga central hospital, Dakahlia Government, Egypt. Sample: purposive sample select 354 divided randomly into group and each them were 177. Tools: Two tools data collection. 1st tool is a structural interviewing questionnaire: It contained four parts: Part I: Women socio-demographic characteristics. II: women’s history. III: Women’s knowledge regarding urinary pelvic floor muscle exercises. Ⅳ: reported practice 2nd Urogenital Distress Inventory (UDI) standardized assess system efficiency.
